Architecture, due diligence, hiring audits, office hours.

Sometimes you don't need a full build — you need one outside perspective from a 15-year engineer. We do four formats, all with concrete deliverables and a clean ending.

Consulting

Before you spend six months building the wrong thing.

Founders, CTOs and PMs hire us for an outside view from a 15-year engineer. Four ways:

Not sure which fits?

Tell us what you're wrestling with. We'll recommend the right depth — or say straight if none of these is the answer.

A bit more context.

Consulting works when both sides know what 'finished' looks like. An architecture review ends with a written assessment your CTO can act on. A due diligence engagement ends with a green-amber-red report your investor reads in 20 minutes. An office hour ends when you've made the decision you came to make. We don't sell ongoing-relationship consulting where the fee is bigger than the answer; if we can't deliver the value in the time we promised, we say so before you sign. The shortest engagement we'd recommend is one hour — sometimes one good hour is all it takes.
